The short version. Your photos stay on your phone. Nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you press Send. We use your name and number only to quote your job and call you back. We do not sell anything to anyone.
Who we are
Swayam Enterprises, an epoxy and PU flooring contractor operating in Maharashtra, India. For anything on this page, contact our office at info@swayamenterprises.in or our phone number.
Photos you take
The Floor Studio app and the visualiser on this website ask for a photo of your floor. That photo is processed entirely inside your phone's browser. It is not uploaded, not stored on a server, and nobody at Swayam Enterprises can see it.
It leaves your phone only when you press Send. At that point you choose where it goes — usually WhatsApp — and you confirm the send yourself. If you close the app without sending, the photo is gone.
Details you type
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive:
- Your name and mobile number
- The floor area, type of space and site location you entered
- Any notes you wrote, and the finish you selected
- The photos you chose to attach
We use this only to prepare your quote and to contact you about it. We keep it for as long as we are quoting or working for you, plus the period Indian tax and accounting rules require us to keep job records.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone
- We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site
- We do not ask you to create an account or a password
Cookies and storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores a small amount of data in your own browser so it loads quickly and works offline. That data never leaves your device and you can clear it any time from your browser settings.
Other services involved
- GitHub Pages hosts this website. Like any web host, it records standard server logs including IP addresses.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used here.
- WhatsApp is used to deliver your enquiry when you choose to send it. Their own privacy terms apply to that message.
Permissions the app asks for
Camera and photo access, used only when you tap the camera button, and only to load the picture you select. The app does not access your contacts, location, microphone, messages or any other files.
Children
This service is meant for people arranging flooring work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your rights
Write to us at the email above and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page and change the date at the top.
